BODYCOMBAT®

BODYCOMBAT® is an empowering 60 minute group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

BODYATTACK®

BODYATTACK® is the sports-inspired cardio group exercise workout by Les Mills. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.

BODYSTEP®

As easy as walking up and down stairs, this is a full-body, cardio workout. In this class, you’ll do lunges and squats around a step to really work your legs. You’ll get a chance to show off your flair for rhythm with exciting, hit music that’ll motivate you and add a whole lot of fun to your workout.

During the workout, you’ll get your heart pumping, and increase your cardio fitness. You’ll shape and tone your butt and legs, and improving your coordination and agility. Best of all, you’ll keep burning calories long after the workout is over.

And if you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level. We suggest that you start with 1 to 2 classes a week and work your way up from

Freestyle Step aerobic classes focus on cardio conditioning with choreographed movements. TeamX offers Freestyle Step at ideal intensities for everyone. Freestyle Step classes make cardio fitness fun by offering an aerobic workout that is boosted with choreography and group motivation. The class involve cardio conditioning on step benches and risers while performing choreographed routines to upbeat music.

Stick Mobility is a training program that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination.

The program combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.

The exercises use our custom-designed Training Sticks as tools to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.
