Search “TeamX” once opened Glofox and follow instructions to register

All you need are your workout clothes and proper training shoes (except yoga classes).

You may want to bring a lock and towel if you wish to use our lockers and shower facilities.

Show up 15 minutes before class to get ready and meet your instructor.

Get ready your Glofox app for simple check-in process.

Please let your instructor know if you have had any injuries, so they can assess your conditions before you get started.

Water is available for purchase at reception.
