Unfortunately, no refunds shall be given and the Classes are not transferable. Payments made in respect of Sessions are for Classes only. They cannot be used to offset against any other account balance you have with TeamX or may sum payable by TeamX.
Packages and monthly plans

You can hold more than 1 credit pack in your account at the same time, however if you subscribed for a monthly plan, then you DO NOT need to buy any credit packs.
If you encounter error message when purchasing your second credit pack, please contact us for assistance.

The system will automatically choose the credits with shorter expiry first. However if both of your packages have the same expiry date, then the system will deduct from the one you purchased earlier.

With a monthly fee, you will be eligible for:
a) A fix number of class credits (20 credits for high usage plan of $1,880 per month; 12 credits for medium usage plan of $1,280 per month) to consume during that month;
b) After the above credits are completely consumed, you will then be eligible to purchase extra class at a highly discounted price (i.e. $70 per class for high usage plan, and $90 per class for medium usage plan) for the remaining days of that month.

All allocated credits that come with the monthly plan are only valid within the month of the respective plan, e.g. if your monthly plan is valid from 5 July 2023 to 4 August 2023, all allocated credits in the plan will expire on 4 August 2023. The spirit of our monthly plan is to encourage customers to come and exercise more with TeamX, and live a healthier, fitter and happier lifestyle. Nevertheless, the real key benefit of such plans is the eligibility of customers to purchase each class at the highly discounted price after the monthly allocated credits are used up. Please be also reminded that both allocated credits and subsequent discounted price per class are eligible for our “Bring a Friend” function, which allows customers to spend their credits twice as fast.

We respect the need of our customers to stay away from their workout schedule for a prolonged period of time due to various business, personal or family emergency reasons. Under such circumstances, the customers should contact the Customer Service of TeamX or Art Piece, and will discuss and tailor a solution for them if the reasons are legitimate and reasonable.

All our packages in TeamX Taikoo are eligible for our “Bring a Friend” function. Please refer to our Glofox booking app or website for more details.For TeamX x Art Piece Customers
You are able to share your package with up to maximum 4 person (including yourself). Please contact Art Piece or TeamX customer service for more details.
General Class Booking

Advance booking can be made through Glofox/MindBody mobile app up to 7 days before the class. For example, if your class is on 8 May 19:00, you can start to book it on 1 May 19:00
1 class credit will be deducted upon booking, please go to “Membership” for more details.

You can join the waitlist when the class is fully booked, you will need 1 class credit in order to join the waitlist. The system will automatically book you in if there is any spot available at least 4 hours prior the class, and you will receive email and in-app notification update.
In case the system have successfully moved you from waitlist to booked, but you were not able to attend the class, you may find your class credit deducted when you cancel your booking. Please contact TeamX if that is the case to revert such deduction.
If you cannot get into the class, the credit that was used for waitlist will be returned to your account after the class starts.

If you cannot attend the pre-booked classes, please cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance, your spot will be released to other members who are on the waitlist.
Class credit will be returned to your account if cancellation is made more than 6 hours in advance. If your cancellation is made less than 6 hours in advance, no class credit will be returned to your account.

If your instructor of your booked class has changed, we will send you an in-app notification accordingly.
If your booked class needs to be replaced by another program due to rare and unforeseeable reasons, besides in-app class notification to notify the changes, our staff will also call you and confirm your interest to participate the replacement class. If you choose not to proceed with the replacement class, the credit withheld for that booked class will be returned to your account.

TeamX will cancel all classes as appropriate in case of Typhoon No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm and/or Severe Weather Conditions issued by Government according to the time when the signal(s) are hoisted. Class credits will be returned to your account, members are not required to manually cancel their bookings. If the above signals are lowered during the day, our classes will be resumed after two hours’ time as and when situation permits.

TeamX suggests our customers to purchase the appropriate number of class credits or packages according to their needs and consume all the credits before the expiration date. Members are forbidden to share their class credits with anyone else to use.
(TeamX reserves our rights to cancel such members’ membership and their unused class credits may not be refunded, in the situation where sharing purchased credits is founded or reported.)

You are highly recommended to turn on Glofox notification in your phone settings AND have a working phone number registered in your profile in order to receive class and booking updates.

If you cancel the class 6 hours before the class starts, the class credit will be returned to the package where it was originally taken to book the class.
General Information

If you have any medical conditions, it is strongly recommended that you consult with a medical professional before participating in any workout sessions at the studio. By choosing to work out in the studio, you agree to the following:
1. That I am participating in the training, programs, exercising and events, Group Fitness Classes offered by Twoplus Wellness Limited's (trading as TeamX and KidX) instructors during which I will receive instruction.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any Fitness, Signature, Specialty Programs and Private Sessions. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the class.
3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any above mentioned classes, I agree to assume full responsibility of any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any above mentioned classes I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Twoplus Wellness Limited, TeamX, KidX, owners, landlords, insurers or any fitness instructors for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Twoplus Wellness Limited, TeamX, KidX, owners, landlords or insurers or any fitness instructor any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I have read the above release and waiver or liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

A. Terms and Conditions of Use
The following Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between you and Twoplus Wellness Limited (“Twoplus”) , which runs and operates fitness studio known as TeamX Studio ("TeamX Studio"), and kids sports program known as KidX Academy by TeamX ("KidX Academy") collectively known as TeamX and this Agreement is signed by you and Twoplus Wellness Limited.
B. Use of TeamX Studio
1. Use of the equipment (the TeamX "Equipment") and the premises and facilities at TeamX ("TeamX Facilities") is personal to you and is non-assignable and non-transferable. You shall not permit your TeamX membership to be used by anyone else. Use restrictions exist on some Agreements.
2. TeamX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject your application for use of the TeamX Equipment and / or TeamX Facilities for any reason whatsoever and without giving any reason for the rejection.
3. If TeamX accepts your application, TeamX will issue to you a Glofox (Taikoo)/Mindbody (Art Piece) TeamX account login and you shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable under the TeamX package for which your application has been accepted.
4. You are required to produce your Glofox/Mindbody TeamX account to admission to TeamX Studio for registration on admission. TeamX has the sole discretion in respect of allowing admittance if you are unable to produce your Glofox/Mindbody TeamX account.
5. Your Glofox/Mindbody TeamX account will automatically expire when your contractual period has expired.
6. You are liable for the loss or damage of any Twoplus and TeamX company property, including but not limited to locker key, towels, yoga mat, or other property and you will be charged a penalty charge, which is subject to change from time to time at TeamX's discretion.
7. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age you may use TeamX Equipment only if you are a minimum age of fourteen (14) years and that a parent, guardian or co-signer has signed the appropriate consent form.
8. TeamX may assign the benefit of these agreements to any person, firm or company at any time without notice to you.
9. TeamX reserves the right to re-arrange your contract to other locations if it sees fit if any fitness studios is temporarily or permanently closed, or under maintenance, or renovation, If TeamX closes your centre of enrollment permanently and there is not another TeamX location within ten (10) Kilometers of your enrollment centre, this Agreement will terminate on the date of permanent closure and you will be entitled for a refund of any unused fees. You are not entitled to a refund if there is another TeamX location within ten (10) Kilometers of your centre of enrollment.
C. Your Physical Condition and Safety
1. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician regarding your ability to participate in the physical activities and / or use of the TeamX Equipment and TeamX Facilities, and that participating in the physical activities undertaken at TeamX and use of TeamX Facilities and / or the TeamX Equipment imposes physical demands upon you.
2. You shall not use any of TeamX Facilities and /-or the TeamX Equipment or participate in any of the physical activities available at TeamX whilst suffering from-any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment including but not limited to open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infections, where there is any risk that such use or participation in such condition may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other users of TeamX. You will bring any such matters to the attention of staff of TeamX if in any doubt.
3. The TeamX Facilities and / or the TeamX Equipment may result in harm to you, especially if that you have not received instruction in their use by one of TeamX's instructors. All equipment is different and even if you have used similar equipment it is essential you are familiar with the use of the TeamX Equipment. You must seek advice from staff of TeamX on the correct use of the TeamX Equipment and must not use any of the TeamX Facilities and / or the TeamX Equipment if you are not sure as to their safe and proper use.
4. Any person who is pregnant, under medication and/or suffering from or having suffered from any medical disability is strongly advised to seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before using any of the TeamX Facilities and / or the TeamX Equipment or taking part in any physical activities in the premises of TeamX.
5. No person who is under the influence of drugs or of alcohol is permitted to use TeamX Facilities and / or TeamX Equipment or take part in any physical activities in the premises of TeamX.
D. Limitation of Liability
1. You should be aware that in participating in the physical activities and sessions available at TeamX Studio, and in using TeamX Facilities and / or TeamX Equipment there is the risk or possibility of injury.
2. You voluntarily accept the risk of injury involved in such participation and use and agree that neither Twoplus Wellness, TeamX, KidX, nor its/their employees or agents shall be responsible for any claims, demands, damages, losses, loss of profit or business, actions or legal proceedings due to death, injury, loss, damage to your person or property or to the person or property of other participants in the physical activities and sessions available at TeamX Studio and/or uses of the TeamX Facilities arising out of, or in connection with the use by you or by other users of any of the TeamX Facilities and/or the TeamX Equipment or your and other users participation in the physical activities available at Fitness, Signature, and Specialty sessions at TeamX; and
3. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify on demand and hold harmless Twoplus Wellness, TeamX Studio, KidX, any of its/their employees or agents from all claims which may be brought against them for any such injuries of claims as aforesaid and all costs and expenses incidental thereto.
4. Twoplus, TeamX, and KidX are not responsible for any items lost or stolen on its premises for any reason whatsoever. You are solely responsible for taking care of your personal belongings on the premises.
E. Termination by TeamX
1. TeamX may terminate this Agreement without notice and with immediate effect if your conduct is such that, in the reasonable opinion of TeamX, it may be injurious to the character or interests of TeamX or to other users of TeamX or if you are in breach of the Terms and Conditions as from time to time are in force. All decisions of TeamX under this Clause are final and binding.
2. In the event of termination under Clauses G.1, you shall lose all rights and privileges under this Agreement with immediate effect without claim for any refund of your Initial Enrolment fees and package balance in which the termination occurs. On termination of this Agreement, you shall settle any outstanding debts owing to TeamX.
3. TeamX shall also be entitled to recover from you all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the recovery of the unpaid fees and interest and other losses or damages caused by you on an indemnity basis.
F. Facilities and Equipment, Fitness Package, Signature Package, Specialty Package, Private Sessions Agreements
1. You are entitled to use your Fitness classes, Signature classes, Specialty classes, and Private Classes (collectively referred to as “Classes”) only when your total package price has been paid in full.
2. No refunds shall be given and the Classes are not transferable. Payments made in respect of Sessions are for Classes only. They cannot be used to offset against any other account balance you have with TeamX or may sum payable by TeamX.
3. All of your Classes must be used before the expiry date set upon purchase. Any unused Classes remaining on the expiry date will be forfeited. No refunds shall be given on unused or forfeited Classes.
4. You must cancel your Classes booking twenty four (24) hours prior the Class started if you wish to cancel a Class otherwise you will be charged for the booked Class.
5. Instructors are authorized to stop anyone from exercising if it is judged unsafe for such person to continue to do so. You must follow the instructions of the instructor.
G. Lockers (Monthly/Daily)
1. Premium Lockers may be available for rental on a monthly basis at the monthly fee specified by TeamX from time to time. Premium Locker monthly fees must be paid in advance by autopay. Premium Lockers are not transferable, and TeamX reserves the right at its sole discretion to open and / or break open such Premium Lockers at anytime.
2. Short time lockers (other than Premium Lockers) are provided for day use at no cost, users should bring their own lock and shall be emptied at the end of the day and TeamX shall be entitled to break open any such locker which remains unopened and/or unemptied at the end of each day and remove the contents of such locker.
3. The lockers should not be used for storage of valuable items and TeamX accepts no responsibility for loss or damage for locker contents for any reason whatsoever.
4. One (1) month's advance written notice, ten (10) days prior to the next scheduled autopay date is required in writing to TeamX in the event of termination of locker rental.
5. Upon termination of locker rental or termination of this Agreement, whichever is earlier you shall remove all of your personal belongings from the Premium Locker. TeamX shall have the right to clean out all belongings from such Premium Lockers and to dispose of them in any way it sees fit. TeamX shall be entitled to break open any such Premium Locker which remains unopened and/or unemptied at the end of the locker rental period and remove the contents and dispose of such as it thinks fit the locker rental period.
6. Termination of this Agreement will automatically lead to termination of locker rental on the same date.
H. Personal Data
1. The personal data provided by you by means of this Agreement may be used by TeamX for processing applications, reviewing your package, benefits or services, collection of Class Fees, Premium Locker fees and other payments required under the Terms and Conditions or used in connection with the operations of TeamX for any related purpose.
2. The personal data given by means of this Agreement may be disclosed to any member of TeamX’s associated companies, any agent, contractor or person who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer and other services to TeamX in connection with the operation of TeamX's business.
3. You have a right of access and correction with respect to your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance upon payment of a reasonable fee. Your right of access includes the right to obtain a copy of the personal data which you have provided by means of this Agreement.
I. Services Available with M2R Investment Limited and/or under the Business Name Art Piece
Participants attending classes, treatments, or other activities at Art Piece’s locations, or those managed by M2R Investment Limited under the business name Art Piece, are also bound by Art Piece’s Terms and Conditions.

J. Others
1. You and your guests are not permitted to bring your own food and/or drinks into TeamX operated premises
2. Lost property found on TeamX's premises will be held by TeamX for a period of seven (7) days, after such time TeamX reserves the right to dispose of the items in any way it sees fit, no claims shall valid after this period.
3. You and your guests must wear appropriate clothing when exercising. No torn clothing items are allowed. Closed toe, rubber soled non marking sport shoes are required at all times in the exercise and physical activity areas of TeamX.
4. TeamX normal hours of operation are indicated at Studio entrance and notice board. TeamX reserves the right to adjust the hours or to close TeamX (all or any part thereof) for cleaning, decorating, repairs, maintenance, or for special private functions and holidays. However, TeamX shall endeavour to give reasonable notice of any alteration to the hours of operation or any closure of TeamX.
5. Smoking is not permitted in any part of TeamX's premises.
6. You or your guests shall not use the TeamX Facilities and / or the TeamX Equipment whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or similar substances.
7. No Gambling or betting of any form is allowed in any part of TeamX's premises.
8. No person shall undertake any activity which, in the sole opinion of TeamX, is likely to annoy any other user of TeamX or which is unlawful.
9. With the exception of small, portable radio and audio players whose only source of sound is through ear plugs, no other portable radio, radio transmitters, cassette recorders or players, television set or any other form of audio/visual equipment or musical instrument shall be played or used on TeamX's premises. It should be noted that for participants in the Classes none of the above items will be allowed.
10. TeamX Management reserves the right to take photos and video from time to time on our premises, solely for marketing purposes.
11. The taking of photographs or video images or the use of video or other visual functionality on mobile devices whereby images of whatever nature are taken within TeamX Premises is strictly prohibited except with the express written permission of a duly authorized manager of TeamX, any breach of this restriction will entitle TeamX to immediately terminate this Agreement.
12. The failure of TeamX to enforce any of its rights at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
13. TeamX may at its sole discretion amend, vary, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions with immediate effect. You will be advised of any changes by notification on TeamX's Notice Board.
14. This Agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong.
15. In the event of any real or apparent conflict arising between the English and any Chinese version of this Agreement, which TeamX may publish, the meaning of the English version shall prevail.
By choosing to work out in the studio, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions.
Bring a Friend Program (only applicable for TeamX Taikoo)
Starting from 19 March 2024, you can bring THREE friends every time you book a class at TeamX, share the joy and passion with your loved ones.

You will need to cancel the original class booking and make a new booking for both yourself and your friend(s) together. You will be charged one class credit each for yourself and each of your friend.

You will need to cancel the whole booking and rebook yourself into the class again. In case the class is full and someone is already in the waitlist, the place will be given to the waitlisted members when you cancel the booking. Please also be reminded that the 6 hours cancellation policy will continue to be in-place.

The spirit of this “bring a friend” program is to share your passion and moments together with a friend of yours. Unfortunately, your friend(s) will not be able to join the class without your presence.
Package Sharing Program (only applicable for TeamX x Art Piece)

Please contact TeamX or Art Piece Customer Service for Group formation/adding members/removing members.

Class packages purchased by any member of the Group will be shared among all Group members.

Adding members to a Group before reaching the maximum of four (4) members is free-of-charge.
Withdrawal or change of Group members is free-of-charge only if all Group members' accounts have no remaining class packages.
If class packages remain in any member's account, the Studio will charge HK$50 for each change request to the Group composition, including withdrawals or changes of members.
