1. Promotion period is between 5-18 January 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. Participants are entitled to the privileges by making a deposit of designated amount into TeamX Taikoo or TeamX x Art Piece e-wallet (e-wallet) at TeamX Taikoo reception or Art Piece Concierge through cash or digital payment, or through WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger by PayMe or FPS.
3. TeamX e-wallet is location specific. Deposit/payment amount in different studios cannot be combined. Purchase/payment through Mindbody app, Glofox app and TeamX official website are NOT eligible for this promotion.
4. Value in e-wallet can be use to settle payment for credit packs, monthly plans, premium lockers and any store items and services in same location. Fees of cross-location transactions, venue rental, corporate classes, private classes and business collaborations are excluded.
5. While making purchase using your registered credit card in Glofox App (TeamX Taikoo), the system will deduct value from e-wallet first and will charge the remaining balance to the credit card registered in Glofox. Participants will receive the invoice through email on the same day of purchase.
6. Value in Art Piece e-wallet can only be used over the counter at Art Piece.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, trial offer, coupons or promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
8. Bonus class credit(s) are location specific and will be added to your same location account on the same day when making the deposit into e-wallet. These credits are only applicable for classes at designated location and valid for one (1) month.
9. Values in e-wallet cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. Bonus class credits cannot be offset workshop payment, refunded nor exchanged for cash, products or other services.
11. Participation in this promotion is voluntary. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be held accountable to customers or any other party for any disputes, liabilities, loss, damage, claim or cost arising from or caused by this promotion or any of the bonus credits. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred in the promotion.
12. Participation in the promotion represents the customer’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the promotion and bonus credits. In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit activity, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the participant’s entitlement to the bonus credits without prior notice.
13. Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
14. In case of disputes, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
15. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

a）TeamX Taikoo接待處或TeamX Art Piece 8樓禮賓台使用現金或電子支付，或
b）於WhatsApp、Instagram、Messenger 透過PayMe或FPS轉數快付款，
並儲值指定金額到TeamX 電子錢包(電子錢包)方可享受此優惠。3. TeamX Taikoo 與 TeamX Art Piece工作室之電子錢包為獨立運作，於不同工作室消費/儲值之金額不能合併計算。透過Glofox/Mindbody App信用卡付款之交易及於TeamX官方網站之交易不能享受此優惠。
4. 電子錢包金額可以在同一TeamX工作室用於購買套票、繳交月費、租借儲物櫃及購買其他TeamX貨品或服務，但並不適用於繳付場地租賃、企業課堂、私人課堂、商業合作活動及任何跨工作室之交易。
5. 參加者在Glofox手機應用程式（TeamX Taikoo）內購買套票時，系統會先自動扣除電子錢包金額，餘額則會由手機應用程式中登記的信用卡扣除。參加者將於同日收到由電郵發出之收據。
6. TeamX Art Piece之電子錢包金額只能在Art Piece 8 樓禮賓台使用。
7. 除特別備註外此優惠不可與其他折扣或推廣優惠（包括試堂及迎新優惠）同時使用。
8. 獎賞課堂點數將於顧客儲值當日內加到參與者之同一工作室之帳戶內，獎賞課堂點數有效期為1個月及只適用於該工作室之課堂。
9. 所有電子錢包金額不可退回、轉讓及兌換現金。
10. 獎賞課堂點數不可用於抵扣工作坊費用、不可退回、兌換現金或其他服務及貨品。
11. 參加本活動純屬自願性質，一切因本推廣活動或任何獎賞課堂對顧客或任何其他人士造成的、所構成或引致之爭議、責任、損失、損害、索償或成本概與Twoplus Wellness Limited無關。Twoplus Wellness Limited無須就此承擔任何法律責任或賠償。
12. 參加此推廣活動代表參加者明白、接受及願意遵守是次推廣及禮遇之條款及細則。 如有任何違反條款及細則之情況 ，或任何不誠實及/或造假行為，Twoplus Wellness Limited保留權利立即取消獎賞課堂點數而不另作通知。
13. Twoplus Wellness Limited有權更改優惠、條款及細則而無須另行通知。
14. 如有任何爭議，Twoplus Wellness Limited保留最終決定權。
15. 如本條款及細則之中英文版本有任何差異，一概以英文版本為準。
