2) This promotion is exclusively available to customers who have never purchased any Starter Pack or Flexi Pack at TeamX Art Piece.
3) TeamX reserves the right to refuse sales to individuals suspected of being returning customers.
4) To qualify for the Duo Starter Pack discount, both customers must be new to TeamX Art Piece and must complete their Starter Pack purchases in a single transaction.
5) Each eligible new customer may purchase only one Starter Pack or one Launch Pack during the promotion period.
6) Launch Packs and Starter Packs are strictly for personal use by the purchasing member and may not be shared; any pre-purchase package-sharing arrangements will be dissolved immediately without notice.
7) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, trial offers, or corporate discounts unless explicitly specified in writing by TeamX.
8) All purchases of Starter Packs and Launch Packs, including associated offers, are final and non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
9) If TeamX determines that an existing or previous customer has purchased a promotional pack, TeamX reserves the right to cancel the pack without prior notice and no refund will be issued.
10） Any dispute connected in any way with this promotion will be resolved by TeamX at its absolute discretion.
11） Where there is conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.
