Promotion period is from September 17, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
Participants must purchase All Locations 15, All Locations 30, or subscribe to Art Piece High Usage Plans (AP Supreme, AP Prime, or AP Elite) within the promotion period to be eligible for bonus class credits.
For All Locations Pack purchases:
All Locations 15: receive 1 bonus class credit
All Locations 30: receive 2 bonus class credits
Bonus credits are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase
Bonus credits can only be used for classes at TeamX Art Piece
For Art Piece High Usage Plan subscriptions:
All plans (AP Supreme, AP Prime, AP Elite): receive 1 bonus class credit per month for the first 3 months
Bonus credits will be automatically added on the first day of each monthly billing cycle
Each bonus credit is valid for 1 month from date of issuance
Bonus credits can only be used for classes at TeamX Art Piece
If the monthly plan is terminated within the first 3 months, no further bonus credits will be given after termination
Participants must complete their purchase/subscription in person at TeamX studios or through authorized channels within the promotion period.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
All Locations Packs and monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Bonus class credits cannot be used for workshop payments, refunded, exchanged for cash, products or other services.
Participation in this promotion is voluntary. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be held accountable to customers or any other party for any disputes, liabilities, loss, damage, claim or cost arising from or caused by this promotion or any of the bonus credits. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred in the promotion.
Participation in the promotion represents the customer's understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the promotion and bonus credits. In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit activity, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the participant's entitlement to the bonus credits without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the High Usage Plans offered at TeamX Art Piece location. By subscribing to any High Usage Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to the general TeamX Terms and Conditions available at https://www.teamxhk.com/terms-and-conditions and Art Piece's Terms and Conditions available at https://artpiecehk.com/pages/general-terms-conditions.
1. High Usage Plan Options
TeamX Art Piece offers three tiers of High Usage Plans:1.1 AP Supreme
Monthly fee: HK$1,990
Monthly credits: 18 classes
Additional classes after credit depletion: HK$90 per class
1.2 AP Prime
Monthly fee: HK$1,380
Monthly credits: 10 classes
Additional classes after credit depletion: HK$110 per class
1.3 AP Elite
Monthly fee: HK$900
Monthly credits: 6 classes
Additional classes after credit depletion: HK$140 per class
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Auto-Payment
All High Usage Plans require credit card information to be entered and stored in the MindBody App. Monthly payments will be automatically processed through the MindBody App on your billing date.2.2 No Minimum Commitment
There is no minimum commitment period for High Usage Plans. You may terminate your membership at any time subject to the termination provisions in Section 3.3. Termination
3.1 Notice Period
To terminate your High Usage Plan, you must complete the designated Google Form at least seven (7) days prior to your next payment cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in automatic renewal and payment for the subsequent month.3.2 No Refunds
Once processed, monthly fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.4. Credit Usage and Expiration
4.1 Monthly Credits
Credits are valid only for the membership month in which they are issued and are applicable only for classes at TeamX Art Piece location.4.2 Unused Credits
Any unused credits will be forfeited at the end of each membership month. Credits cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.4.3 Additional Classes
Once monthly credits are fully consumed, members may purchase additional classes at the discounted rates specified in Section 1 for the remainder of that membership month only.5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Booking Window
Class bookings open seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class start time.5.2 Cancellation Policy
To receive credit refund, cancellations must be made at least six (6) hours before the scheduled class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.6. Membership Suspension
6.1 Eligibility
Members may apply for membership suspension due to:Medical reasons (medical certificate required)
Travel (proof of travel required)
6.2 Documentation
All suspension requests must be accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation.7. Physical Condition and Safety
7.1 Your Responsibility
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician regarding your ability to participate in physical activities and/or use of TeamX Equipment and Facilities.7.2 Health Restrictions
You shall not use any TeamX Facilities or Equipment or participate in any physical activities while suffering from infections, contagious illness, disease or other ailments including but not limited to open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infections.7.3 Equipment Safety
You must seek advice from TeamX staff on the correct use of equipment and must not use any facilities or equipment if you are unsure of their safe and proper use.7.4 Medical Conditions
Persons who are pregnant, under medication, or suffering from any medical disability are strongly advised to seek qualified medical advice before using TeamX facilities or participating in activities.7.5 Substance Use
No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted to use TeamX facilities or participate in activities.8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risk of injury involved in participating in physical activities at TeamX.8.2 Waiver
You agree that neither Twoplus Wellness, TeamX, nor their employees or agents shall be responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or legal proceedings due to injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of TeamX facilities or participation in activities.8.3 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twoplus Wellness, TeamX Studio, and their employees or agents from all claims and costs arising from such injuries or claims.8.4 Personal Property
TeamX is not responsible for any items lost or stolen on the premises. You are solely responsible for your personal belongings.9. Personal Data
9.1 Data Usage
Personal data provided may be used by TeamX for processing applications, reviewing your package, collecting fees, and other operational purposes.9.2 Data Disclosure
Personal data may be disclosed to TeamX's associated companies, agents, contractors, or service providers in connection with business operations.9.3 Access Rights
You have rights of access and correction to your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.10. General Provisions
10.1 Governing Terms

10.2 Amendments
TeamX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to members.10.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.By subscribing to any High Usage Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
