Les Mills and TeamX present CHOOSE HAPPY fitness experience in Gay Games Hong Kong

TeamX collaborate with Les Mills to present a series of science-backed fitness experiences that harness the power of joy in upcoming Gay Games Hong Kong (GGHK) Festival Village (AIA Vitality Park) in between 5-10 November 2023.

This includes an 1.5 hour CHOOSE HAPPY outdoor fusion class at the Main Stage and daily fitness classes in The Hub.

TeamX members will be able to book their tickets for 5th Nov 1.5 hour CHOOSE HAPPY BC+BA+BJ outdoor fusion class on Glofox without a need of GGHK badge.
