1. Rebate for your next purchase 回贈供購買下一個套票使用

Purchase earlier for a higher rebate. Receive up to 7% rebate—worth up to HK$980—towards a future TeamX class-pack purchase.

越早購買，回贈越多。日後購買 TeamX 課堂套票時，可享有高達 7% 回贈，最高可達 HK$980。

Purchase an eligible class pack and receive up to 3 Free Trial Passes to share with eligible new friends. When an eligible new friend uses a valid pass, completes their trial and subsequently purchases an eligible TeamX class pack, you receive 1 bonus class for that successful referral—up to 3 bonus classes in total.

Who can use a Free Trial Pass?

Free Trial Passes may only be used by eligible new customers who have never purchased a TeamX class pack or attended a TeamX trial class before. The passes may be used for a free trial class at TeamX Taikoo or Art Piece and expire on 31 December 2026.

免費體驗證只供從未購買過 TeamX 課堂套票，亦從未參加過 TeamX 體驗課的合資格新客戶使用。體驗證可用於 TeamX Taikoo 或 Art Piece 的免費體驗課，並於 2026年12月31日到期。

How it works 如何獲享獎賞

  1. Choose your pack / 選擇套票
    Purchase an eligible Flexi or All Locations class pack between 1–19 October 2026. 於 2026年10月1日至19日期間購買指定 Flexi 或 All Locations 課堂套票。

  2. Receive your rebate / 獲享回贈
    Your final rebate amount will be confirmed by email on 21 October 2026. You may use it from that date towards a future class-pack purchase at either TeamX centre, subject to the applicable expiry date. 最終回贈金額將於 2026年10月21日 以電郵通知。由該日起，你可於 TeamX 任何一個中心日後購買課堂套票時使用回贈，惟須於適用到期日前使用。

  3. Share a Free Trial Pass / 分享免費體驗證
    Give your Free Trial Passes to eligible friends. 將免費體驗證分享給合資格朋友。

  4. Earn a bonus class / 獲得額外課堂
    When an eligible friend completes their trial and subsequently purchases an eligible TeamX class pack on the trial day, you receive 1 bonus class. 當合資格的新朋友完成體驗並其後購買指定 TeamX 課堂套票後，你即可獲得 1 堂額外課堂。

    8. 除特別備註外，此優惠不可與其他折扣或推廣優惠同時使用。

    9. 免費體驗證於 2026年12月31日到期，且只供從未購買過 TeamX 課堂套票，亦從未參加過 TeamX 體驗課的合資格新客戶使用。

    10. 成功推薦是指合資格新朋友使用有效的免費體驗證、完成體驗，並其後購買指定 TeamX 課堂套票。推薦人每次成功推薦可獲 1 堂額外課堂。

    11. 額外課堂不可用於抵扣工作坊費用、不可退回、兌換現金或其他服務及貨品。

    12. 參加本活動純屬自願性質，一切因本推廣活動或任何獎賞課堂對顧客或任何其他人士造成的、所構成或引致之爭議、責任、損失、損害、索償或成本概與Twoplus Wellness Limited無關。Twoplus Wellness Limited無須就此承擔任何法律責任或賠償。

    2. Participants must purchase eligible packages during the promotion period to enjoy the rewards.

    3. Eligible packs: Flexi Lite, Flexi Saver, Flexi Progress, Flexi Essential, Flexi Max, All Locations 15 and All Locations 30.

    4. The final rebate amount will be confirmed by email on 21 October 2026. Rebate can be used from 21 October 2026 towards a future class-pack purchase at either TeamX centre, subject to the applicable expiry date.

    5. Rebate cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Its expiry date cannot be extended. Any unused rebate will be forfeited after the applicable expiry date.

    6. A qualifying Flexi or All Locations class-pack purchase made with a trial discount or staff member discount will not generate rebate, but will remain eligible for the applicable number of Free Trial Passes.

    7. Single Drop-in, 6-Week Challenge, Good To Be Back Pack and standalone trial offers are not eligible for this promotion.

    8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.

    9. Free Trial Passes expire on 31 December 2026 and are only for eligible new customers who have never purchased a TeamX class pack or attended a TeamX trial class before.

    10. A successful referral occurs when an eligible friend uses a valid Free Trial Pass, completes the trial and subsequently purchases an eligible TeamX class pack. The referrer receives 1 bonus class credit for each successful referral.

    11. Bonus class credits cannot be used for workshop payments, refunded, exchanged for cash, products or other services.

    12. Participation in this promotion is voluntary. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be held accountable to customers or any other party for any disputes, liabilities, loss, damage, claim or cost arising from or caused by this promotion or any of the bonus credits. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred in the promotion.

    13. Participation in the promotion represents the customer's understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the promotion and bonus credits. In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit activity, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the participant's entitlement to the bonus credits without prior notice.

    14. Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

    15. In case of disputes, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.

    16. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
