TeamX Group Exercise instructor Tommy Cheng is holding a barbel and doing Les Mills BodyPump workout, the popular weight training program with light weights and high repetition to build lean muscle.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tommy has always been actively joining group exercise classes since 2010. Completing his BodyPump® training before turning 30 is one of the best dreams ever come true in his life.

He stepped out of his comfort zone and modeled himself as an all-rounded instructor by adding more programs into his Les Mills footprint later. Apart from gaining personal happiness from teaching, Tommy loves to inspire more like-minded friends and share experience with industry elites, altogether have made his path in GX more fruitful and fulfilling.
