Jamie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, and he likes to share his yoga knowledge and experience to others. Yoga has helped him improving his physical capability and mental equilibrium. Yoga is more than just physical exercises. It is a search for balance between body and mind. It facilitates the connection between the outer world and our inner self, and it guides us to find inner peace during (physical) challenges.

Besides his yoga foundation training, Jamie also completed:

  • 150YTT in Yin Yoga

  • 100YTT in Inversion/Backbend

  • Training in Singing Bowl sound therapy

  • Zen Mediation Level 1

  • JOL Meditation Level 1 and 2
