Janette has always been associated with sports since she was young. From being a national swimmer in Australia , onto a triathlete and later on becoming a group exercise instructor for over 11 years. This journey was tough and challenging but definitely a rewarding one.

She is also a swimming coach for over 15 years. She enjoyed teaching kids at all different levels and inspiring them through different kind of sports.

She is also a mother of two and this helps her to maintain her fitness (running after them) and patience level at all time.
