Michelle is a dedicated yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for the past 5 years. She teaches a variety of styles. Her classes emphasize the importance of proper alignment, proper technique as well as breath work; she is known for her ability to make yoga accessible to all students. She is passionate about helping her students find their balance in their practice, and her classes are known to be both challenging, nurturing, calming and supportive, and always leave students feeling energized and renewed. She has experience working with students of all ages and abilities.
