90 minutes full moon workshop of immersive experience with sound bath and aromatherapy brought to you by our professional Reiki and sound therapist Elaine.
The frequency produced by singing bowls are able to harmonise your body and restore your brainwaves, heartbeats and breaths into a good balance. Aromatherapy, a perfect combination with sound bath, will bring you to a deep relaxation and stress relief through this workshop. Best suited for those who feel stressful and have insomnia from time to time.
