We have a wide range of programs in dance, cardio, strength and yoga, which allows anyone at different stages of their fitness journeys to enjoy workout anyway they want

Hatha Yoga

A multilevel yoga class will take participants through a number of poses designed to increase flexibility and increase stamina while releasing the mind. Unwind in this gentle, non-competitive environment while learning basic breathing techniques and proper body alignment. The class is slower paced and focus more on alignment. Poses are held for longer time to build muscle endurance.

Vinyasa Flow

A vinyasa flow class focuses on seamless transitions and movements from pose to pose. To move with the breath helps bringing body and mind into union.

Vinyasa class is good to improve muscle strength, circulation, coordination and concentration.

Wheel Yoga

This class uses a great versatile yoga tool -Yoga Wheel to bring more variations to your practice. Yoga wheel gives you more support for backbends and inversions and it can adds more challenge to core training too.

Detox & Slim Yoga

Participants will start to feel the benefits of flowing sequences that detoxify and lower body training to challenge the body and mind. Since lymphatic system does not have a pump (heart), yoga poses can help to move lymph. The focus of this practice is to enable lymph movement via deep breathing and twisting poses. Those postures can also promote blood circulation and shape your body.

Yin Yang

An asana practice that blends strengthening and softening elements with the purpose of balancing the body. Students will experience both, an invigorating practice combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility. No full inversions are included in these classes.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga merges the principles of traditional Chinese medicine within yoga asana’s (poses). Every poses will be held for longer periods of time to give the experience of deep stretches than in other yoga styles. Each pose will be held for 3 to 5 mins. The sequences are meant to stimulate the Meridians and Nadis, or the channels of the subtle/energy body.

In Yin Yoga the focus is to stress the connective tissues of the body (tendons, fasciae, and ligaments) with the aim of increasing mobility (range of motions) and improving flexibility. Besides the physical aspect, Yin Yoga is also a more meditative approach to yoga, as its goals is to wake up the awareness of inner peace, to stimulate mental silence and to balance the body with mind.

Each week we will target different area of the body with the support of props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, massage balls and straps to relax the body, to reduce stress, and to prepare for Pranayama (breathing technique).

Aerial Yoga Basic

An anti-gravity exercise designed based on traditional yoga principles with the hammock as a prop. The addition of hammock will require more engagement of core muscles. Different poses of standing, bending, twisting and reversing will be explored in class.

Yoga Stretch (with Sound Therapy)

This is a restorative fusion class where participants will relax in deep stretching poses and sound vibration of singing bowls.  A great meditative class to release deep tension in the body and to ease the mind, improve circulation, sleep quality and productivity.

Yogalates

Using a combination of Pilates exercises and yoga asanas, this class will raise your heart rate, help you tone and strengthen the hamstrings, glutei, abs, and obliques, increase your flexibility, and speed up your metabolism. The most perfect way to start your day! Get your body awake and ready to go.

Pilates

A contemporary approach to the original mind for the exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Emphasis will be placed on traditional Pilates sequencing and progressions and breathing. Options Will be provided to work with your own personal level of strength and flexibility. You’ll improve your flexibility, strength and balance. Leave the class with better body awareness and posture.

Stick Mobility

Stick Mobility is a training program that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination.

The program combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.

The exercises use our custom-designed Training Sticks as tools to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.

TRX Yoga

This class combines traditional yoga asanas with a TRX Suspension Trainer. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer builds a strong foundation of alignment, mobility and stability through the repetition of movement and breath.

Expect an invigorating practice designed to improve and challenge mental focus, awareness and clarity. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking for exciting ways to expand their practice.

Tennis Ball Trigger Point Massage

Being able to perform a self massage on your trigger points with a tennis ball puts you in control of your pain, instead of your pain being allowed control over you.

The goal of tennis ball massage is to achieve a “release” by applying just the right amount of pressure to your different parts of muscle so that your fitness journey could go further.
