BODYJAM®

BODYJAM® is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.

Zumba

Get your groove-on with signature Latin and salsa-style music; beats play at approximately 145 per minute, to build anaerobic endurance. It’s choreographed with intervals of intensity, body movements and music. Work your hips and stomach with core-based movements, learn thrifty footwork to strengthen calves and ankles.

Set to hypnotic Latin dance rhythms, these easy-to-follow routines feel more like a fun night out than a workout class. The classes integrate fast and slow rhythms that have been designed to tone your body while burning fat.

Jazz Funk

Jazz Funk Dance is a lyrical style of dance, perfect for storytelling and projecting emotional depth in the flow of pop song. Jazz Funk Dance is fierce, is cute, is powerful, is a sensual dance style. This genre of dance gives you the chance to incorporate many different techniques, release sassiness and dance fiercely.

Get al the benefits of dancing, such as improving strength, flexibility and agility in this fast paced dance class, made up of a variety of routines using the newest moves set to the latest tunes.

Sexy Jazz Dance is a lyrical style of dance, perfect for storytelling and projecting emotional depth in the flow of the song. Dancers express this style through many sexy poses and body movements, including eye contact and facial expressions.
